Classical Guitar and Chamber Music Masterclass

  1. Course Objective. The Classical Guitar and Chamber Music Advanced Course at the Valle d’Itria Guitar Festival aims to provide enrolled students with an intensive and in-depth experience in the art of classical guitar, to enhance their technical and interpretative skills.

  3. Dates. The course will take place from September 1st to September 5th, 2024. Students are expected to arrive on September 1st, 2024, and depart on September 5th, 2024. Each student will be entitled to 4 hours of individual lessons and seminars. Lessons will last 50 minutes each and will be scheduled by the Organization at a later date. The course offers an engaging and enriching experience, a “musical retreat” where students can immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Apulian countryside, dedicating themselves to study and music.

  4. Participants. A maximum of 8 active students will be admitted, plus auditors. Lessons will be held on September 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2024, at B&B Trulli Valle d’Itria, Martina Franca (TA). To enroll in the course, it is necessary to complete the online form available on the official Festival website: www.valleditriaguitarfestival.eu.

  5. Daily Schedule Lessons will take place every day, both in the morning and in the afternoon. During their stay, all participants can use the facilities offered by the B&B for relaxation and leisure, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and garden. The B&B offers a typical lunch (optional) at a price of €20 per day, all-inclusive. Participants may also choose to opt out of the lunch and arrange their own meals.

6. Location. The lessons will be held at B&B Trulli Valle d’Itria, located at Strada Seconda Monache n.18 Zona L, Martina Franca, Taranto.

7. Accommodation. Accommodation is provided at B&B Trulli Valle d’Itria. In case the rooms are fully booked, participants can stay at adjacent affiliated facilities. It is necessary to book a room in advance at the time of registration. Available rooms (single, double, twin) range in price from €40 to €50 per night.

8. Participation Fees. Registration fee: €80.

Participation fee for SOLOISTS: €320 Participation fee for DUO: €400 Participation fee for TRIO: €500 Participation fee for QUARTET: €600 The participation fee includes lessons and use of the facility’s relaxation spaces. The cost for attending the entire course as an auditor is €50. The cost for each lunch at the B&B is €20.

9. Course Conduct. Each student is scheduled for two lessons with M° Giampaolo Bandini, one lesson with Marco Ramelli, and one lesson with Enrica Savigni. However, each participant can request a different distribution of lessons, subject to the approval of the festival administration.

10. Final Provisions. The Valle d’Itria Guitar Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the course program to ensure the best possible educational experience for the students. TUITION FEES

The registration fee has to be paid before the submission of the online application. The tuition fee will be paid on the first day of the course.
